The sheet metal used to manufacture aircraft has to be handled and processed with absolute care. Our expertise at cut to size sheet and plate handling & processing services is unrivalled in the aerospace and defense industry.
We offer our customers the options of plates cut-to-size on a circular panel saw or block band saw, or cut to exact ornear-net shapes using high-speed routers or waterjet machines. All orders are optimized to minimize scrap and remnants to save costs while ensuring the highest standards of aerospace sheet and plate handling

The range of state-of-the-art machinery available at thyssenkrupp Aerospace means can offer our clients complete flexibility in the way we process their sheet and plate orders. Plates with dimensions exceeding the capabilities of panel saws can be cut on block band saws.
Our laser inspection process ensures that your orders are cut to exact specifications. We also offer the option of PVC coating as well as bespoke inspection processes for surface-critical or fuselage skin sheets. Your orders will be packaged with complete care and delivered just-in-time.
